Statestrat1. What we provide
Statestrat provides country and supply-chain intelligence from open sources, delivered as monthly briefs, weekly delta briefs, and event pings per your selected plan. Each judgment identifies its source, date, reliability rating and confidence level.
2. Enquiry and commencement
An order on this site initiates an enquiry. We confirm scope, countries, cadence and price in writing with you before monitoring begins. A short-scope baseline is agreed first; monitoring runs monthly and continues until cancelled.
3. Fees and payment
Plan prices are quoted monthly in Canadian dollars (CAD); USD and GBP are shown for reference and converted at indicative rates. Additional monitored countries incur a flat per-month add-on. Payment terms are confirmed when we accept an order.
4. Nature of the service, not advice
Statestrat prepares decision-relevant intelligence from public sources. It is not legal, financial, or tax advice, and no intelligence product guarantees a particular outcome. We take care that every claim is traceable and confidence-rated, but no monitoring can warn of every event.
5. Your obligations
You agree to use the intelligence lawfully, not to reproduce findings as your own or misrepresent their source, and not to rely on it in place of qualified legal, financial, or tax counsel where that is required.
6. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Deliverables are for your internal use. They may be shared with colleagues under a reasonable need-to-know. Findings should not be republished to third parties without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the reporting period in question. We are not liable for decisions made using our intelligence or for events outside our monitored scope.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate on written notice, with fees pro-rated to the end of the current billing period. On termination, outstanding deliverables are provided and ongoing monitoring stops.
9. Law and updates
These terms are governed by the law of the province in which Statestrat operates. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date.
